For tasty a side dish that is full of flavour just fry some onion rings and peppers, add some cream and Sharwoods Rich Soy Sauce, even fussy eaters might try this!
Serves 4
What you need
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, deseeded and sliced into rings
- 2 large green peppers, sliced into rings
- small carton single cream
- 4 tbsp Sharwoods Rich Soy Sauce
- non stick frying pan
How to make it
- Heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the onions and peppers and fry for 5 minutes until they soften.
- Add the single cream and reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the Sharwoods Rich Soy Sauce and stir well.
- Serve with meat or fish.
Hints and tips
- Try not to allow the cream to boil.
- For a vegetarian option serve with some boiled rice.
