It’s great for dessert as it’s juicy and sweet just top your favourite Hartley’s Jelly with chopped apples, banana and your choice of berries.
Serves 4
What you need
- Hartley’s Jelly, any flavour
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 punnet berries, strawberries, raspberries or blueberries
How to make it
- Make up the Hartley’s Jelly according to the pack instructions and pour into a serving dish, then transfer to the fridge to set.
- Just before serving pile the fruit on top of the jelly.
Hints and tips
- Try using other fruits such as pineapple, mango and kiwi.
