Liven up your lunch with a delicious dressing made with Branston Gherkin Relish and Branston Lemon & Garlic Mayonnaise. Serve with a warm flatbread topped with roast beef and salad.

Serves 1

What you need

  • 1 tbsp Branston Gherkin Relish
  • 1 tbsp Branston Lemon & Garlic Mayonnaise
  • 1 flatbread, warmed
  • 2 slices of roast beef, pre-packed or from leftovers
  • shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced

How to make it

  1. Mix some Branston Gherkin Relish and Branston Lemon & Garlic Mayonnaise together in a bowl to make a creamy dressing.
  2. Spread the dressing over a flatbread.
  3. Add a layer of roast beef and top with shredded lettuce and diced tomato.
  4. Fold the flatbread over and serve warm.

Hints and tips

  • This delicious filling can also be made with pastrami instead of roast beef.
