Branston Sweet Chilli Mayonnaise makes a delicious sandwich filling when mixed with cream cheese. Serve with a toasted bagel, some cooked ham and sliced tomatoes for a filling lunch idea.

Serves 1

What you need

  • 1 tbsp Branston Sweet Chilli Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 bagel, halved and lightly toasted
  • 1 slice ham
  • 1 tomato, sliced

How to make it

  1. Place the Branston Sweet Chilli Mayonnaise and cream cheese in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Spread the cream cheese filling onto the sliced bagel then top with the ham and tomato.

Hints and tips

  • This delicious sandwich filling is also really fantastic served on a jacket potato and served with a crisp green salad.
  • Try using this filling with any of your favourite breads such as wraps, rolls or flat breads.

  • Tried this for my lunch today and it was alright for something different. Think I may swap the sweet chilli mayo for real sweet chilli sauce and see if I like that better.
