A squeeze of Branston Peri Peri Mayonnaise mixed with cooked chicken and sliced chorizo makes a perfect spicy sandwich filling. Try serving with a warm ciabatta roll for a tasty lunch idea.

Serves 1

What you need

  • 50g diced cooked chicken, pre-packed or from leftovers
  • a few slices of cooked chorizo
  • Branston Peri Peri Mayonnaise
  • warm ciabatta roll, sliced in half

How to make it

  1. Mix the cooked chicken and chorizo in a bowl then add a couple of spoonfuls of Branston Peri Peri Mayonnaise and mix well.
  2. Fill the warm ciabbata with the chicken mixture and serve.

Hints and tips

  • The chorizo sausage can be replaced by any other spicy meat.
  • Try using turkey instead of chicken for a change.
