This is quick and tasty idea for supper and all you have to do is combine minced beef, mushrooms and pasta with Batchelors Soup and bake in the oven.
Serves 4
What you need:
- 450g lean minced beef.
- 1 onion, chopped
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can Batchelors Condensed Tomato soup
- 1 can Batchelors Condensed Mushroom soup
- 200g cooked pasta shapes, cooked as directed on packet
- 75g cheddar cheese, grated
- frying pan
- ovenproof dish
via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado
How to make it:
- Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas 5
- Place the mince into a frying pan and gently fry until browned.
- Add the onion, mushrooms and both tins of Batchelors Soup and allow to simmer until the onion starts to soften.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix throughly then transfer to an ovenproof dish, top with grated cheese and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
Hints and tips:
- Great served with garlic bread and a side salad.
