A Nest of Delight

This simple yet delicious dessert can be made in minutes just make up some Angel Delight and then spoon into some ready to use meringue nests and decorate with fresh fruit.
Serves 4
What you need:
- 1 packet of Angel Delight (any flavour)
- 300ml cold milk
- 4 ready to use meringue nests
- fresh fruit
via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado
How to make it:
- Make up the Angel Delight with 300ml of cold milk as directed on the sachet instructions and leave in the fridge to chill for at least 10 minutes.
- Take 4 ready to use meringue nests and fill with the chilled Angel Delight.
- Decorate with fresh fruit and serve.
Hints and tips:
- Any flavour combinations work well but favourites are butterscotch Angel Delight with bananas or Raspberry Angel Delight with fresh summer berries.
