Chicken and Tuna Casserole

A tasty tuna casserole is easy to make by combining tuna with Batchelors Chicken soup. Top with crisps and bake in a moderate oven and it’s great served with boiled rice and sweetcorn.
Serves 4
What you need
- 2 × 200g cans tuna
- 2 cans of Batchelors Chicken Soup
- 1 packet of plain crisps
- boiled rice
- cooked sweetcorn
- ovenproof dish
How to make it
- preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4
- Drain the tuna and flake into an ovenproof dish then pour the Batchelors Chicken Soup over the tuna and mix well,
- Layer the crisps on top.
- Cook for about 30-35 minutes until soup is hot and crisps have softened.
- Serve with rice and sweetcorn.
Hints and tips
- Instead of rice try serving with potatoes.
- Alternatively, use only one tin of chicken soup and pour over cooked pasta then sprinkle with grated cheese.
