For a special treat try placing a marshmallow on top of a Mr Kipling Jam Tart and heat gently under the grill until the marshmallow melts. Don’t forget to let it cool down before serving!

Serves 6

What you need

  • 6 Mr Kipling Jam Tarts
  • 6 marshmallows

How to make it

  1. Place the Mr Kipling Jam tarts onto a grill pan and then top each one with a marshmallow.
  2. Grill under a moderate heat for a few seconds until the marshmallow melts.
  3. Remove from the grill and allow to cool before serving.

Hints and tips

  • Mini marshmallow can also be used instead of large ones.
