Boneless pork steaks (you can buy these at your local supermarket) its simple to do and they taste lovely and tender when cooked in gravy. I think its lovely and makes the pork steaks taste really nice.
Serves 4
What you need
- pork steaks
- bisto gravy(original)
- crisp n fat oil or block
- oven proof dish
- a gravy jug
How to make it
- preheat the oven at 180 degrees and add a tea spoon of crisp n dry to your oven dish and heat in oven till sizzling hot.
- Whilst waiting for that to heat up make your gravy 3 spoonfuls of gravy and add hot water whisk until you’re satisfied with thickness then take the dish out of the oven add the pork steaks and then pour the gravy all over the pork steaks then cook for 20 to 25 mins
Hints and tips
- Add some mash potato and green vegetables with your pork steaks and use the left over gravy you poured over the steaks, tastes lovely.
- Add some onions into the gravy to cook through with the steaks for even more flavour.
