Batchelors Chicken Soup Sauce

For a lighter sauce to serve with your pasta and chicken try adding Batchelors Soup with a few extras.
Serves 4
What you need
- dried pasta shapes
- 1tbsp oil
- 4 chicken fillets, diced
- 1 tin of Batchelors Chicken Soup
- large saucepan
- frying paN
How to make it
- Cook pasta according to pack instructions.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken for 10 minutes until cooked through and browned. Drain off any excess liquid or fat after cooking.
- Drain pasta, return to the pan and add the Batchelors Chicken Soup. Heat gently until the soup is hot.
- Serve in bowls with a crisp green salad.
Hints and tips
- Try adding bacon and mushrooms for extra flavour.
- Great way to use up leftover chicken or turkey too.
