Kids will love making this fluffy jelly by mixing up a sachet of Hartley’s Sugar Free Jelly with a little water then whisk in some condensed milk and leave in the fridge until set.

Serves 6

What you need

  • Hartley’s Sugar Free Jelly Sachet, any flavour
  • 1 × 170g can evaporated milk

How to make it

  1. Make up the Hartley’s Sugar Free Jelly with half the amount of hot water, cool then transfer to the fridge and allow it just start to set.
  2. Add the evaporated milk and whisk for a couple of minutes until fluffy, it will double in size.
  3. Pour the jelly into a bowl or individual serving dishes then transfer to the fridge until set.

  • For best results use an electric mixer.

  • Hi, Great idea and one I already use but the note says to make up a jelly then whisk in some CONDENSED MILK whilst the recipe shows EVAPORATED MILK. Could be a little bit confusing.
