Grated carrot mixed with Branston Lemon and Garlic Squeezy Mayonnaise makes a fantastic side dish.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 6 carrots
  • 4 tbsp Branston Lemon and Garlic Squeezy Mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • large mixing bowl

How to make it

  1. Grate the carrots and place into a plastic bowl.
  2. Add Branston Lemon and Garlic Squeezy Mayonnaise.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and keep testing the flavour of the mayo and carrot to see how you like it.

Hints and tips

  • Fantastic served a side dish with Jacket potato and salad.
