What you need
- 8-10 crushed shortcake biscuits
- Ambrosia Custard
- Punnet of strawberries, washed and quartered
- glasses
How to make it
- Divide the crushed shortcake biscuits between 4 to 6 glasses and press down lightly with the back of a spoon.
- Pour the Ambrosia Custard over the biscuit base and then add the strawberries.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Hints and tips
- For an extra special dessert why not add some whipped cream.
- As an alternative try layering the fruit and Ambrosia Custard.
