For a quick store cupboard supper dish layer up a jar Homepride creamy tomato and herb pasta bake with cooked pasta, sausages, ham and mushrooms then top it of with some grated cheese and bake in the oven until bubbling and golden.
Serves 4
What you need
- 300g dry pasta shapes, cooked as directed on pack
- 1 jar Homepride Creamy Tomato and Herb Pasta Bake.
- 8 sausages, sliced
- 4 slices ham, diced
- small pack of button mushrooms, sliced
- 50g grated cheddar cheese
- 1 large ovenproof dish
How to make it
- Preheat your oven to 200ºC/ 400ºF/Gas 6.
- Put a little bit of Homepride creamy tomato and herb pasta bake sauce in the bottom of the dish and top with a layer of pasta.
- Then add a layer of sausage, chopped ham and mushrooms. Repeat the layers until all of the ingredients are used.
- Finally top with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Leave stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Hints and tips
- Try adding some sliced pepperoni for extra spice!
- Lovely served with a crisp green salad.
