For a fresh tasting, colourful dip, mix a few tablespoons of Branston Beetroot Pickle with crème fraîche and serve with pitta bread and crudites, such as carrots, cucumber or celery
Serves 4
What you need
- 4 tablespoons of Branston Beetroot Pickle
- 4 tablespoons of crème fraîche
- 4 warm, sliced Pitta Bread
- a selection of sliced vegetables such as carrots, cucumber, celery and peppers.
How to make it
- In a bowl mix together 4 tablespoons of Branston Beetroot Pickle and 4 tablespoons of crème fraîche and mix well.
- Serve as a snack or starter with warm pitta bread and a selection of sliced vegetables.
Hints and tips
- Add a spoonful of pickle to a cheese or ham sandwich to make a tasty snack.
- Try serving the pickle on top of a cheese filled baked potato to provide added crunch and flavour.
