Place some Loyd Grossman Tomato and Basil pasta sauce on bread, top with cheese and pop under the grill…. Simple yet really tasty.

Serves 1

What you need

  • 1 slice bread
  • Loyd Grossman Tomato and Basil Pasta sauce (or any flavour of your choice)
  • pinch dried oregano
  • cheese, grated

How to make it

  1. Spread Loyd Grossman Tomato and Basil Pasta sauce over a slice of bread.
  2. Sprinkle over a little oregano.
  3. Top with cheese of your choice.
  4. Place under the grill until the cheese is lovely and golden.
  5. Put on a plate and enjoy.

Hints and tips

  • Put the bread in the toaster before grilling to make it crispier.
  • Try using different breads such as a crusty roll or French stick.
