Quick and Easy Pizza Toast

Place some Loyd Grossman Tomato and Basil pasta sauce on bread, top with cheese and pop under the grill…. Simple yet really tasty.
Serves 1
What you need:
- 1 slice bread
- Loyd Grossman Tomato and Basil Pasta sauce (or any flavour of your choice)
- pinch dried oregano
- cheese, grated
via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado
How to make it:
- Spread Loyd Grossman Tomato and Basil Pasta sauce over a slice of bread.
- Sprinkle over a little oregano.
- Top with cheese of your choice.
- Place under the grill until the cheese is lovely and golden.
- Put on a plate and enjoy.
Hints and tips:
- Put the bread in the toaster before grilling to make it crispier.
- Try using different breads such as a crusty roll or French stick.
