A simple barbeque skewer turned into a delicious chicken vindaloo stick!

Serves 4

What you need

  • 450g of diced chicken breast
  • 1-2 peppers, diced
  • 2 onions
  • Sharwood’s Goan Vindaloo Cooking Sauce
  • wooden BBQ skewers, soaked

How to make it

  1. Place the chicken breast and peppers into a bowl.
  2. Cut up the onions into ⅛’s, keeping them big enough to go onto a skewer.
  3. Add the onions to the bowl with about half a jar Sharwood’s Goan Vindaloo Cooking Sauce, mix well and leave to marinate for about an hour.
  4. After an hour just stick the chicken, peppers and onions onto the skewers.
  5. Then put the Vindy sticks onto your bbq, cook throughly and enjoy.

Hints and tips

  • When cooking on the bbq make sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked through and cook until its a bit crispy on the edges.
