Chicken and Pasta Stroganoff

Make up a sachet of Batchelors Chicken and Mushroom Pasta ‘n’ Sauce then add some mushrooms, cooked chicken and sour cream for a speedy chicken and pasta stroganoff.
Serves 2
What you need:
- a drizzle of sunflower oil
- 150g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
- 1 Sachet of Batchelors Chicken and Mushroom Pasta ‘n’ Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado
How to make it:
- Gently fry some mushrooms in a lightly oiled pan then add the cooked chicken.
- Add the Batchelors Chicken and Mushroom Pasta ‘n’ Sauce and cook as directed on the pack.
- Just before serving stir through 2 tablespoons of sour cream.
Hints and tips:
- Why not sprinkle some chopped parsley on top before serving.
