Pepperonata Macaroni

Make up a sachet Batchelors Macaroni Pasta ‘n’ Sauce and add to a pan with sautéed peppers and onions for a delicious twist on macaroni cheese.
Serves 2
What you need:
- a drizzle of oil
- 2 pepper, any colour, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 Sachet of Batchelors Macaroni Pasta ‘n’ Sauce
via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado
How to make it:
- Add some sliced mixed peppers and onions to a lightly oiled frying pan and sauté gently for 5 minutes until soft.
- Add a sachet of Batchelors Macaroni Pasta ‘n’ Sauce to the pan and and cook as directed on the packet.
- Serve with some crusty bread and a crisp green salad.
Hints and tips:
- Sprinkle some parmesan over the pasta to serve.
