Moroccan Beef and Bean Pot

Cook an exotic Moroccan dish by simply making up a sachet of Batchelors Beef Savoury Rice and a few other ingredients such as chickpeas and sun dried tomatoes.
Serves 2
What you need:
- 1 Sachet of Batchelors Beef Savoury Rice
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained
- sun dried tomatoes
- chilli powder
- fresh coriander, chopped
via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado
How to make it:
- Make up a sachet of Batchelors Beef Savoury Rice as directed.
- Add a can of chickpeas, a handful of sundried tomatoes and a pinch of chili powder.
- Heat through and serve garnished with fresh coriander.
Hints and tips:
- Try adding some diced peppers and onion for extra texture.
