Here is a tasty Indian style dish that is easy to make and tastes great. Fry some chicken, onion and green beans then add a Sachet of Batchelors Mild Curry Savoury Rice and cook as directed.
Serves 2
What you need
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 1 pack of diced chicken (or leftover cooked chicken)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 pack of green beans, chopped
- 1 Sachet of Batchelors Mild Curry Savoury Rice
- freshly chopped coriander
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- frying pan
How to make it
- Heat the oil in a pan then gently fry some diced chicken for 5 minutes.
- Add the onion and green beans and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add Batchelors Mild Curry Savoury Rice and cook as directed.
- To complete, stir through some freshly chopped coriander and garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs.
Hints and tips
- Add some extra chilli powder if you want an added kick.
