Hot Chilli & Jalapeno Relish Steak Sauce

Add a chilli kick to your steak just pan fry a steak cooked to your liking, remove from pan then add white wine and a tablespoon of Branston Hot Chilli and Jalapeno Relish. Drizzle over your steak and enjoy!
Serves 2
What you need
- 2 × 150g Sirloin Steaks
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- salt and black pepper
- half a glass (60ml) of White Wine
- 2 tablespoons of Branston Hot Chilli and Jalapeno Relish.
- non-stick frying pan
How to make it
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Season the steaks well with salt and pepper and place carefully into the hot oil and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side (or less,longer depending on how you like your steak cooked), remove them from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan add half a glass of white wine simmer for 1-2 minutes, until the wine reduces down slightly.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Branston Hot Chilli and Jalapeno Relish and heat through for about 1 minute. Pour over the steak and serve.
Hints and tips
- This sauce also works well drizzled over cooked chicken breasts or Quorn Fillets.
- Use the sauce to spice up some cous cous by stirring through whilst the cous cous is hot.
