This Rice Brulee recipe is delicious and simple to make, so just heat up some Ambrosia Rice Pudding with a pinch of cinnamon, pour into individual dishes then chill. Before serving sprinkle with sugar and grill until caramelised and golden.
Serves 4
What you need
- Ambrosia Pudding Rice
- cinnamon
- caster sugar
- 4 ramekin dishes
How to make it
- Empty a can of Ambrosia Rice Pudding into a microwaveable dish or pan and stir in a pinch of cinnamon.
- Heat for 2-3 minutes in the microwave or gently on the hob.
- Pour the rice into small ramekin dishes, allow to cool then transfer to the fridge.
- Once chilled cover the rice pudding generously with caster sugar and place under a hot grill to caramelise for a delicious rice brulee.
Hints and tips
- For a fruity twist place some fresh or canned fruits into the base of the ramekin dishes.
