For a smooth and zesty lemon and custard style ice cream simply add some lemon curd to your Ambrosia Custard Pots.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 4 pots of Ambrosia Custard
  • lemon curd

How to make it

  1. Add a spoonful of lemon curd to each Ambrosia Custard pot and stir gently.
  2. Spoon the custard into a suitable freezer container, cover and freeze until set.

Hints and tips

  • This recipe can also be made on a bigger scale using a carton of custard and extra lemon curd.
