OXO Marinated Chicken

To make a delicious marinade for kebabs and drumsticks, mix raw chicken in a bag with OXO Squeezy Chicken Stock, olive oil, yogurt, lemon thyme and garlic.
Serves 4
What you need:
- diced chicken breast or drumsticks
- OXO Squeezy Chicken Stock
- olive oil
- yogurt
- juice of a lemon
- thyme, chopped
- garlic clove, crushed
via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado
How to make it:
- Place the raw diced chicken breast chicken drumsticks in a plastic bag.
- Mix together OXO Squeezy Chicken Stock with olive oil, yogurt, lemon juice, thyme and garlic.
- Add the marinade to the bag and coat the chicken thoroughly.
- Grill, oven bake or BBQ until cooked.
Hints and tips:
- Serve with a green salad, ideal for summer al fresco dining.
