For a quick and easy pizza snack, mix grated cheese with Branston Tomato & Red Pepper Relish, spread onto cooked individual ciabatta roll sliced in half and grill until hot and golden.

Serves 1

What you need

  • 1 individual Ciabatta roll
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 100g grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Branston Tomato & Red Pepper Relish

How to make it

  1. Slice a Ciabatta roll in two lengthways.
  2. Place on a grill pan and drizzle with a little olive oil (optional).
  3. In a bowl, mix 100g Grated Cheddar Cheese with three large tablespoons of Branston Tomato and Red Pepper Relish.
  4. Spread over the ciabata and place under a preheated medium grill for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and browning.

Hints and tips

  • For a tasty snack serve hot with a crisp green salad.
  • Try making the pizza with other breads such as french bread or ready prepared pizza bases.

  • You could also use the toppings on top of naan breads for a different base. Works even better on Garlic and Corriander Naan bread. TOP MARKS!!
