Bisto Chicken Casserole Recipe

Bisto Instant Roast Chicken Gravy makes a delicious sauce for a chicken casserole so combine the gravy with chicken, onions, garlic, bacon, mushrooms and parsley for a perfect supper dish.
Serves 4
What you need
- oil
- 350g diced chicken
- 1 onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 4 rashers bacon, chopped
- handful button mushrooms
- Bisto Instant Roast Chicken Gravy
- fresh parsley, chopped
- heat proof casserole dish with lid
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 190°C /375°F/Gas 5.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a heat proof casserole dish and add the chicken and fry for a few minutes until sealed.
- Add the onions, garlic, bacon and mushrooms and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
- Make up 280 ml of Bisto Instant Roast Gravy chicken with boiling water then pour over the casserole.
- Place a lid on the dish and transfer to the oven for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked and piping hot.
- Sprinkle over chopped parsley before serving with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
