For a deliciously different coleslaw, mix a few spoonfuls of Branston Sweetcorn & Pepper Relish with some grated cheese, carrot, onion and cabbage. Tastes great in a cheese sandwich.

Serves 2

What you need

  • 100g grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium grated carrot, grated
  • 1 small onion, thinley sliced
  • 100g white cabbage, finely shredded
  • 3 tablespoons of Branston Sweetcorn & Red Pepper Relish

How to make it

  1. In a bowl combine the grated cheddar cheese with grated carrot, sliced onion, shredded cabbage and 3 tablespoons of Branston Sweetcorn and Red Pepper Relish and mix well.
  2. Store in the fridge until required.

Hints and tips

  • Perfect in a sandwich or with some freshly baked bread and a mixed salad.
  • Serve as a topping for a baked potato for a fantastic lunch or snack idea.
