Branston Cheese Twists

A Great Christmas canape, cheese straws with an extra twist
Serves 8
What you need
- Small Chunk Branston Pickle
- 2 sheets of ready rolled puff pastry
- parmesan cheese
- egg, beaten
- baking tray
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas 7
- Generously spread Small Chunk Branston pickle over a sheet of puff pastry and top with grated parmesan cheese.
- Place the second sheet of pastry on top and press the edges gently to seal it together.
- Cut into thin strips, twist the ends and lay on a greased baking tray.
- Lightly brush with egg and add a further sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 mins until crisp and golden.

- Serve with extra pickle to dip into or delicious on their own.
