Treat yourself and your partner to a wonderful tasty meal or even use it as a family meal.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 4 boneless pork steaks
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • a handful mushrooms, finely sliced
  • 300ml Bisto Gravy
  • ½ wine glass of red wine
  • ovenproof dish

How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4
  2. place the pork steaks, chopped onions and mushrooms into a ovenproof dish.
  3. Make up the Bisto Gravy as discribed on the pack then add the red wine.
  4. Pour the red wine gravy over your pork steaks so they are well covered then place in the oven and cook for a bout 45 minutes or until the meat is tender.

Hints and tips

  • Serve with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
