Tuna fish pie

I made this

A creamy tuna and sweetcorn bake, great for midweek meals.

Serves 4

What you need:

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 large can sweetcorn, drained
  • 1 can Bachelors Chicken Condensed Soup
  • 300g mashed potato
  • 1 Small pack of plain crisps
  • 40g grated cheddar cheese
  • casserole dish

via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado

How to make it:

  1. Place the tuna and sweetcorn into a cassrole dish and pour over the Batchelors Chicken Condensed Soup and mix well.
  2. Then top with mashed potato, crushed pack of crisps and grated cheese.
  3. Cook in a preheated oven 180°C/350°F/Gas 4 for 40 minutes or until piping hot.

Hints and tips:

  • Add carrots or parsnips into the mash for a tasty twist.

Comments

  • Wasn't great but okay if you've only got a limited amount of ingredients in the cupboard. It just tasted like mash potato and tuna mixed together really. The soup really didn't go well with it either.
