Crumble Christmas cake into the Angel Delight Ice cream mix and create your own christmas cake ice cream.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 1 x Angel Delight Ice Cream sachet
  • 2 x slices of Christmas cake (any type)

How to make it

  1. Make up the Angel Delight Ice Cream as directed on the packet.
  2. Once the ice cream has been whisked crumble in the cake and stir gently.
  3. Pour the mixture into a plastic box, seal and freeze until completely frozen (minimum 4 hours.

Hints and tips

  • Angel Delight Ice Cream is not yet available in supermarkets but can be bought from the Great Little Ideas shop.
  • Leftover Christmas Pudding will work well crumbled in too.
