Try a twist on mashed potato for your Festive dinner with these Duchesse Potatoes packed full of flavour.
Serves 4
What you need
- mashed potato, homemade or ready prepared
- 1 tbspn Oxo Vegetable Squeezy Stock Paste
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- a little butter
- a little milk
- baking tray
- piping bag and nozzle
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6
- Stir the Oxo vegetable squeezy stock into the hot mashed potato.
- Add the finely chopped spring onions and stir well.
- Then add a beaten egg, a knob of butter and a splash of milk and mix well.
- Place the potato mixture into a piping bag with nozzle and pipe small portions onto a greased baking tray.
- Place in the oven for 15 minutes until they start to brown and are piping hot.
