Pour Ambrosia Custard into a bowl, either hot or cold, and dip into it with anything you like – from fresh fruit to doughnuts – to make a custard fondue.

Serves 4

What you need

  • Ambrosia Custard
  • selection of fresh fruit cut into bite size pieces, such as banana, apples, strawberries or mango
  • a large serving plate and dessert bowl

How to make it

  1. Pour the Ambrosia Custard into a bowl and place onto a large plate.
  2. Place the fruit pieces around the bowl ready to dip

Hints and tips

  • The Ambrosia Custard can be heated as directed on the pack for a warm dip.
  • Mini doughnuts and chocolate brownies can be served with the dip as a special treat.

  • If you have a Chocolate fondue, ambrosia custard fondue, and also a warm jam fondue, it would be absolute heaven in winter with fruit and sponge skewers. The mini donutss are an absoloute treat in the winter. TOP MARKS!!
