Sweet Chilli & Ginger Relish Stir Fry Prawns

Liven up mealtimes by cooking prawns, then add some crushed garlic, lime juice, soy sauce to the wok with a few tablespoons of Branston Sweet Chilli & Ginger Relish. Cook through and serve with noodles or stir fried vegetables.

What you need
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 200g of raw king prawns
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- juice of 1 Lime
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of Branston Sweet Chilli & Ginger Relish

How to make it
- Heat up a Wok and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Add 200g raw king prawns and stir fry until they change colour and turn pink.
- Add the crushed garlic, juice of a lime, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring all the time.
- Add 3 tablespoons Branston Sweet Chilli & Ginger relish and heat through. Reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes before serving, ensuring the prawns are cooked through. Serve immediately.
Hints and tips
- Serve this delicious stir-fry with some freshly cooked noodles or rice.
- This recipes also works very well with cubes of fresh salmon, sprinkle over some toasted seseame seeds for an extra special twist.
