Great for a Halloween Party. It’s simply an orange carved out like a pumpkin then filled with Hartley’s Orange Jelly!

Serves 5

What you need

  • 5 oranges
  • 1 pack Hartley’s Orange jelly

How to make it

  1. Cut the top off each Orange, reserving the tops then scoop out the inside.
  2. Carve faces into the orange skin but be careful not to make the holes too big.
  3. Make up the Hartley’s Jelly as per the instructions on the packet and place in the fridge to set.
  4. Wait until the jelly is firm but not completely set and divide between the 5 oranges and return to the fridge until fully set.
  5. Once set put on the lids and serve.

Hints and tips

  • Try adding a bit of blackcurrant jelly to the mix!
  • Add jelly sweets or chocolate spiders in the bottom of the oranges before adding the jelly!
