Break mince pies into Angel Delight Ice Cream mix and create your own festive Mince Pie Ice Cream Delight.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 1 Angel Delight Ice Cream sachet
  • 4 mince pies

How to make it

  1. Make up the Angel Delight Ice Cream following the instructions on the packet.
  2. Once the ice cream has been whisked crumble in the mince pies and stir gently.
  3. Pour the mix into a plastic box, seal and freeze until completely frozen (minimum 4 hours).

Hints and tips

  • Add a swirl of cherry pie filling for an even fruitier festive treat.
