A simple way to pack your Beef with loads of flavour before roasting.

Serves 6

What you need

  • 1kg beef joint
  • 2 tspns Bisto Instant Roast Gravy Squeezy Paste
  • 3 tspns vegetable oil
  • 2 tspns wholegrain mustard

How to make it

  1. Mix the Bisto Instant Roast Gravy Squeezy Paste with the oil and the mustard.
  2. Spread the marinade over the beef joint and transfer to the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  3. Remove the beef from the fridge and transfer to a roasting tin.
  4. Cook the beef as directed on the pack instructions.

Hints and tips

  • Cook roast potatoes, carrots and parsnips around the joint for a full roast dinner.
