A lovely fruity cocktail made with Ambrosia Custard to add a creamy touch… delicious!
Serves 6
What you need
- 6 strawberries
- 10 raspberries
- 10 blackberries
- 20 blueberries
- 1 measure cranberry juice
- 4 measures Ambrosia Devon Custard
- crushed ice
- blender
How to make it
- Put all the ingredients into an electric blender with some crushed ice.
- Blend for a few seconds until smooth.
- Pour into glasses of your choice to serve.
Hints and tips
- Add a litle more cranberry juice if you want a thinner drink.
- If you’re entertaining slit the bottom of a strawberry and sit it on the edge of the glass.
