A citrusy festive cocktail with Ambrosia custard.

Serves 2

What you need

  • THIS RECIPE IS NOT INTENDED FOR UNDER 18s.
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 2 measures of orange juice
  • 1 measure vodka
  • 1 measure cointreau
  • 2 measures Ambrosia Custard
  • 1 fresh orange
  • cocktail shaker

How to make it

  1. Place the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker and pour in all of the ingredients except the orange.
  2. Shake well and strain into two glasses.
  3. Make strips of orange using a potato peeler then place on top of each drink before serving.

Hints and tips

  • Try leaving out the cointreau for custardy twist on a traditional vodka and orange.
