Simple toffee pot desserts using Ambrosia Custard.

Serves 6

What you need

  • 2-3 leaves of gelatin
  • 500g Ambrosia custard
  • 2 tbsp toffee sauce
  • 6 small ramekins or shot glasses

How to make it

  1. Soak the gelatin in a bowl of water, as directed on the pack.
  2. Heat the Ambrosia Custard gently in a pan then stir in the toffee sauce.
  3. Drain the gelatin then stir into the custard mixture until dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into ramekins or shot glasses, leave to cool then place in the fridge to set.

Hints and tips

  • Sprinkle icing sugar over the top before serving or drizzle over a little more toffee sauce.
