Hearty Meatballs

A simple way to make tasty meatballs all the family will love.
Serves 4
What you need
- 500g lean minced beef
- 1 small onion, very finely diced
- 1tsp Paprika
- 20g OXO Squeezy Beef Stock
- 1 egg, beaten
- 30g bread crumbs
- plain flour
- vegetable oil
- ready made tomato sauce
- non-stick frying pan
How to make it
- Place all the ingredients, except the flour and oil into a large bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into small walnut sized balls and dust with a little flour.
- Shallow fry in a little vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes over a medium to high heat, moving constantly until they are browned all over.
- Add the ready prepared tomato sauce, cover and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes until the sauce is piping hot and the meatballs are cooked through.

- Serve with some cooked pasta
