A jelly in three layers with a surprise in the middle.

Serves 10

What you need

  • 3 x Hartley’s jelly, any flavour
  • lemonade
  • water

How to make it

  1. Make up one jelly as directed on the pack instructions then pour into a mould and leave to set in the fridge.
  2. Meanwhile make the second jelly as directed but replace the cold water with lemonade and pour over the set jelly.
  3. Make up the last jelly as diected on the pack instructions with water then pour over the set jelly then return to the fridge until set.

Hints and tips

  • Make three layers of the same flavour but make the middle layer with lemonade for an extra big surprise!
