A great way to have pancakes at lunchtime with cheese and Branston Pickle.

Serves 4

What you need

  • Branston Smooth Chunk Pickle
  • homemade pancakes, cooked and allowed to cool
  • grated cheese
  • shredded iceberg lettuce

How to make it

  1. Spread a layer of Branston Smooth Chunk Pickle over each pancake then cover with grated cheese.
  2. Top with shredded lettuce and roll up tightly.
  3. Cut each pancake in half on a diagonal to produce a pancake style wrap.

Hints and tips

  • Great for packed lunches and picnics.
